My only complaint with these fabulous storage containers is that if I store strong odour foods in them its really difficult to remove that smell. Any suggestions other washing and soaking in hot soapy water?

Hi Diane, thanks for your feedback.

For strong odours, try a deeper clean: use baking soda and vinegar to lift smells, or soak the bag with lemon slices in warm water and leave it in sunlight for a natural deodorising boost. For stubborn odours, soak overnight in warm water with baking soda. You can also refresh the bags by heating them in the oven at a low temperature (120°C) for 20–30 minutes.

Good

These are pretty good, put them in the dishwasher and they have made the dood inside taste like dishwasher tablets! Don't think it's a problem with my dishwasher as nothing else does this, so I just wash them by hand now

Saves plastic. Keeps items fresh

Great for the fridge. Good way of keeping thing like cheese and ham or similar.Keeps it all fresh. We also use in the freezer for 4 large Cod fillets as it takes up less space than in the box.

Small and perfect

I really wanted small silicon bags, mainly, so that I could freeze leftover pasta sauce. But, with limited space in the freezer, most containers just take up too much room. These are perfect. And I love the pinch closure, so no plastic pieces to break!

Expensive but worth it

Ive bought 2 sets of these now and will build up my stash over time. they are pricey but they are so sturdy and high quality. I have bought other cheaper versions which have already split/stained and ended up in the bin. You might be tempted by cheaper ones but its a false economy. The moonmoon ones I have have now been used many times, washed in sink and dishwasher, and are still in great condition. Theyre fab for storing stuff in fridge or freezer. I use them for all sort of things - cut veg, sandwhiches, leftover meat, sauces etc.
