Moonmoon Packaging
It is important to us that our packaging matches our ambition to be low waste and plastic free.
Where possible we use recycled / re-used packaging as part of our efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our business. It may not look as pretty, but when they still have life in them, we would hate to see them go to waste. We will not use plastic in our packaging.
We hand stamp our boxes with our logo using non-toxic water based inks for a bit of Moonmoon magic! Where possible we will use an eco envelope or the smallest box possible for your order so it fits through your letter box.
How are the boxes sealed?
No plastic cello tape here! We seal all our packages with brown recycled paper tape which is biodegradable and can easily be composted. Rest assured that the tape’s adhesive is also natural and compostable.
What about the packing materials?
We know that sadly many items are packed with copious amounts of plastic padding. Your items will be packed using fully recyclable paper and again, this may be reused where possible. Strictly no bubble wrap, foam chunks or polystyrene.
Why not find another use for your card box? Otherwise, pop them in the compost heap or recycling bin.
