Step 1: Request a shipping Label
Reach out to our customer support team at contact@moonmoon.co.uk to request a prepaid shipping label. We'll provide you with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth return.
Step 2: Pack and Label
Gather your old silicone bags or lids, and pack them securely. Affix the provided shipping label to the package, making sure it's visible and legible.
Step 3: Ship to us
Drop off the package at your nearest Royal Mail collection location. Your unwanted silicone products are now on their way to a sustainable future.
Step 4: Environmental Impact
Once we have received your silicone bags, we will take care of the recycling process. Our commitment to eco-friendly practices ensures that your old bags will be repurposed responsibly, contributing to a reduction in waste and environmental preservation.
