Deliveries
We will endeavor to dispatch your delivery within 1-3 working days. For all orders placed before Monday to Friday we will do our best to dispatch the same day, or within two days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (or bank holidays) will be dispatched on the next working day. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched. This will be sent to the email address provided on your order. This is your proof of purchase and receipt. Please note we do not provide a printed invoice.
Shipping Rates
Free UK Delivery for orders over £30 – Tracked 2nd Class 3 -5 day service.
£1.95 for orders up to £10 - Tracked 2nd Class 3 -5 day service.
£2.95 for orders between £10.01-£29.99 - Tracked 2nd Class 3 -5 day service.
Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery up to £20 – £4.70 – Tracked 1-2 day service.
Ireland & United Staes - Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Please note all orders are shipped from the UK and the customer is responsible for paying any relevant duties and import taxes.
We don’t currently ship to the rest of the world, but hope this will be launched soon.
Local Pick Up
We now offer pick-up when you reach the checkout page. You can collect your order from our office at Unit 7 Prospect Business Centre, Alresford, SO24 9UH.
All collections will be available within 48 hours of your order.
Simply show us your confirmation email at the door.
If for some reason you can no longer collect your order, contact us, and we will arrange delivery, in line with our delivery policy.
Return & Refund Policy
We are sure you will be happy with your order, but we do accept returns of unused products within 28 days of purchase (although faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receiving them). We will process a full refund if your item is damaged, faulty, you have received the wrong item or there is a shipping error.
In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. Your refund will be processed if the return conditions are met, minus the shipping fee.
Packages returned to us due to complications from the recipient (unclaimed, wrong address, refused, undeliverable), will be either resent to a different address or reimbursed. As the shipping label was purchased, shipping costs will not be refunded. This includes 'free delivery' items.
Procedure
To request a refund or exchange please email contact@moonmoon.co.uk with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations: Please notify us quicly if you wish to cancel your order, as we will not be able to cancel parcels already shipped.
Address for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original product packaging.
