Too busy for breakfast? This easy overnight chia pudding takes just 5 minutes to prepare and is ready to grab straight from the fridge in the morning. Packed with fibre, protein and juicy berries, it's a nutritious breakfast with almost no washing up!
For this recipe you'll need:
- 1x large moonmoon snack pot
- Chia seeds
- Greek yoghurt
- Milk
- Frozen summer berries
- Toppings of choice
STEP 1: Add 2 tbsp chia seeds to a 400ml moonmoon stainless steel snack pot.
STEP 2: Pour in approximately 120–150ml milk or enough to cover the chia seeds (adjust the amount depending on how thick you like your pudding).
STEP 3: Add 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt and mix well.
STEP 4: Stir in a handful of frozen berries, then cover and refrigerate overnight
STEP 5: In the morning, add your toppings of choice (we like granola and nuts) and enjoy!
