
These frozen banana bites have been saving us lately, they’re easy to make, healthy, and taste so good!! With just a few wholesome ingredients, you’ll have a freezer stash of delicious bites ready whenever cravings hit!
Ingredients:
- 1 large banana (or 2 small)
- 2 tbsp of yoghurt
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Method:
- Slice one banana into rounds and lay flat onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Squash the slices with a glass (optional)
- Spoon a small amount of yogurt onto each slice
- Drizzle with peanut butter
- Place the tray in the freezer for 2 hours
- Then enjoy immediately or store in a moonmoon bag for later!
You can add a sprinkle of granola, cocoa nibs, or crushed nuts before freezing for added crunch.
Try almond butter, cashew butter, or Nutella for a flavour twist!
